General Comments
Our favorites are colorful and provide a wealth of helpful information, as well as being durable.

City Slickers are good because they're laminated. You can use them in the rain or snow, you can spill on them and wipe them off, and you can fold them again and again and they won't tear, split or fall apart. You can even write on them.

While some may prefer to use hand-held gps systems or laptops to get recommendations and find their way around, we still believe there's something to be said for the old-fashioned, low-tech fold-up map. In our opinion, the best thing about it is you don't have to rely on technology to use it. It's always available to guide you. You just have to remember to carry it with you.
